Manual horizontal bandsaw for small and medium sized ferrous material.
Double miter cutting (45° left and from 0° to 60° right).
Two cutting speeds.
Blade rotation start switch with maintainded action on the sawframe grip.
Control pannel setted on a fixed arm support.

Large “plateau” which turns with the blade mitering guaranteeing excellent support and space to the material to cut. This system prevents the blade from cutting the working table, as can happend with the conventional bandsaws.
Blade tension by hand wheel and safety microswitch in case of blade breakage or insufficent blade tension.
Massive cast-iron vice with handwheel and quick lock vice lever. The vice is equipped with a pratical handle for rapid movement and mounted on a rail to allow lateral displacement.
Optional pneumatic locking system.

Manual cutting cycle
Vice locking of material to cut. The saw band runs as long as the operator holds the gripswitch on the sawframe lever. Manual pull down and rise of the sawframe.
