Depending on the goods and courier you choose, it may take 1 or 2 business days to arrive in Latvia. Delivery time in the Baltic States is 1-3 business days and in the rest of the European Union - up to 7 business days. Holidays should not be taken into account.

We accept most popular payment methods. Payment by bank transfer - this is a prepayment, where the buyer, when printing the bill, transfers money to the online store www.danatec.lv bank account. The buyer is able to pay using the following payment methods as well: bank payments card, PayPal, amazon pay etc.

The delivery price of the goods depends on the weight and size of the goods and is added to the total cost of the basket.

In cases where the item was returned to the office of SIA Danatec Baltic in accordance with the return policy, the money will be refunded to the Buyer within 3 business days - from the date of receipt of returned items. Holidays are not counted.

The specified prices for all machinery on the order are with standard equipment. The cost of accessories is not included in the standard price.

All prices in the e-shop are in euros (€) with VAT.

We arrange delievries to Riga, all regions of Latvia and European Union countries:  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden. We use the following courier companies: TNT(Fedex),  Venipak, UPS, Omniva etc.

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods without explaining the reason for the return. The buyer must notify the use of the right of withdrawal in writing to the seller's e-mail, indicating the item he wants to return, as well as the number of his order or invoice.

Yes, it is possible. Our office open hours are 9am to 5pm - every business day.

Delivery costs for the large size goods (special machinery, tools etc.) that are not in Riga warehouse and are ordered at the customer's request are calculated separately for each order and are agreed with the buyer in advance.

Noted price is per meter. Welding service price is not included in the price as well and it depends on the order quantity.
