Touch Screen CONTROLLER with piece-counter, working hours (partial and total count) and self-diagnosis with the following functions:
- Counting of cut pieces (programmable piece-counter).
- Counting hours of partial and total work.
- Programmable cutting cycle (customization of the cutting cycle).
- Switching from automatic cutting cycle to manual cutting mode.
- Notification of status and error messages.
- Viewing of motor absorption (with Inverter option).
- Display of the blade rotation speed (with Inverter option).

Semi-automatic cutting cycle:
When you start the cutting cycle the saw automatically performs the following functions:
Closing of the vice and start of blade rotation; sawframe downfeed until the completion of the cut; stopping rotation of the blade; sawframe return to the starting position; vice opening.
 
Manual cutting mode:
Clamping of the material to be cut via switch on the control panel; Start of the blade rotation by a gripswitch on the sawframe and manual pull down until the completion of the cut; stopping of blade rotation to release as soon as the gripswitch is released; vice opening via switch on the control panel.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Sawframe, vice and plateau in cast-iron.
Bench and pedestal made of steel plate.
Precision blade guide with tungsten carbide plates and adjustable rollers.
Gear-box in  oil  bath. 
The electro-hydraulic components are of  first  choice. Tests are performed rigorous testing on assembling mechanical and automation that ensure a high level of performance and functionality.
All Thomas saws are built in accordance with the EC Machinery Directive.
