  • ELMAG EPS

The cutting-edge EPS models are highly ergonomic high-tech products for trade, commerce and industry, but also for private workshops and garages.
  • EPS technology

Developed in the technical laboratory under realistic conditions, EPS compressed air tools are characterised by their outstanding technical perfection.Tight manufacturing tolerances, self-centring, precision ground air motors and high-precision quality bearings from leading brand manufacturers ensure smoother running, optimised air consumption and maximum product performance.
  • EPS safety

Compressed air tools are the safest power tools. They are generally much safer than electric power tools and are also more ergonomic. Without an electric motor, a more manageable and user-friendly design is possible and there is no danger from electricity or explosions, which is a significant advantage. In addition, compressed air tools are safe to use even in wet environments.
  • Maintenance and operation

Made for continuous loads under the toughest conditions, CA tools require minimal care. Provided that clean and dry (condensate-free) compressed air is used as the drive medium. Water residues cause corrosion and damage to the air motor and components. Compressed air prepared by a refrigerant dryer and filter. And another thing - compressed air must be oiled! The easiest way is to use maintenance units, automatic oilers or inline oilers. It is also advisable to add a few drops of ELMAG oil directly into the air connection opening before and after each working day or before longer work breaks.
  • Compressed air hose length

The longer the compressed air hose, the lower the available operating pressure. For a 10 metre long compressed air hose with an internal diameter of 10 millimetres, the pressure loss is about 1.4 bar.The operating pressure must therefore be set correspondingly higher on the compressor using the pressure regulator.Selection adviceWe recommend limiting the hose length to a maximum of 10 metres and choosing an internal hose diameter of 10 millimetres.
