  • The composite resin piston:

    The composite resin piston is made of heat-resistant, thermosetting resin. It has excellent anti-wear properties and can withstand continuous operation at high temperatures. There is no need for a sealing segment, unlike conventional oil-free compressors. This means that it is not subject to settling or grazing friction, which is often present in thesealing segment mechanism. The sealing ring of thecompressor is made of Teflon resin, which has excellentheat resistance and wear properties.
